    Barcelona 3-1
    RB Leipzig 6-1
    Sevilla 6-1
    Atalanta 8-1
    West Ham 12-1

Moyes clearly has a long term plan but I don't think that plan included getting into Europe this season. For him this is just a bonus

I'm thoroughly enjoying this season and I'm hopeful that next season will be even better
  • We need to find our early season form. Our best eleven will give them a tough game. Any injuries, ie: Dawson,Fredericks and Diop filling in three places in the back four, then it's an even tougher ask.
  • I think we have Liverpool before the Sevilla match so it will be interesting how Moyes approaches that match.
  • U23s please
  • Full strength as usual please.
  • Just noticed this quote on the BBC website.

"I think it's the pick of the round," said Moyes. "Sevilla is a really tough game, but it would be good to get used to the stadium."

  • Also, the away goals rule being abandoned also helps us in this kind of tie.
  • Exter time at home should help as well if we get that far
  • appreciate you doing this Iron

Appreciate you updating this Ironherb. Interesting and reminds us of the financial rewards of success in a European competition.
  • Just doing a little homework on the opposition as we await the quarter final draw. The current position of the remaining teams in the respective leagues is as follows.

    West Ham 6th
    Barcalona 3rd Spain
    Atlanta 6th Italy
    Lyon 10th France
    Rangers 2nd Scotland
    Sporting Braga 4th Portugal
    Leipzig 4th Germany
    Frankfurt 7th Germany

Looking at that only Barca would be a disappointment. Lets save them for the final.
  • Braga would be nice :)
  • Sevilla were ranked higher than all of them, 2nd in La Liga, and are rarely beaten in this competition in recent years.
  • Maybe well if we avoid Frankfurt. 🥊🥊🥊
  • Rangers please.
  • I listened to it on the radio, and I could feel the amazing atmoshere through the waves. So proud of our team and fans (absent and at the ground) I was reduced to tears of joy. COYI
  • Really memorable night. Impressive performance to make Sevilla look quite ordinary which is some feat. 😀
  • I knew you would be waiting for this 😀

Souldn't it only be 13% of €69,750,00 divided by 7? That would mean €1,295,357.

  • I think the draw is around midday today.

    !2.15 BT sport
  • Joe Cole is doing the draw
  • Joe Cole is doing the draw

Bad omen! Didn't a Sevilla great do the last draw? And now look where Sevilla are. 🤐
  • I know a large part of what makes this great is playing other European teams from other countries, just like Sevilla

But there is also a part of me that REALLY wants us to play Rangers
  • Not Rangers. Should we go out to them they’d never stop banging on about how they would be top 4 in the PL.
  • Agree anyone but Rangers.
  • edited March 2022
In the CL Chelsea got Real, Liverpool v Benfica and Athletico v City In the semis it could be City v Chelsea.
  • edited March 2022
    Sporting Braga v West Ham
    Barcalona v Atalanta
    Lyon v Frankfurt
    Rangers v Leipzig

    my prediction
  • Joe Cole is doing the draw

I reckon he meant he is in the BT studio doing the analysis.

  • I note it says on their site that it's the quarter and semi final draw? I don't like when they do two at once, very disheartening when you get City in an FA cup draw even if you win the current round.
