Frattesi’s closest friend in football Scamacca, who already played with him in Lazio and Roma‘s youth sectors, has been linked with leaving West Ham this summer and Frattesi confirmed he may be on his way out of the Hammers.
“I know the situation and I preferred not to be among the people asking him where he would go,” he said.

You could argue Scamacca, too. Doesn’t really fit in the team and is, according to some, agitating for a move elsewhere after a season, so I'm not sure how much research was done into his character.
Downes, too, actually. He feels like the epitome of signing someone for the sake of it. I think we did it just to stop Palace from signing him.
We need two midfielders to replace Rice (which Moyes has acknowledged), and I think we need a player with a bit more pace in attack (Borges looks that), but beyond that I wouldn't want to see more than one or two players.

We've got Zouma, Aguerd, Ogbonna and Kehrer who can play at CB. Johnson was good there in the first few games of the season.
But all this talk of Antonio, Cresswell, Johnson, Scamacca possibly out of the door? That's too much for me. I think we have 3 crucial signings to make, we can't then go and make four more to replace these guys and then a CB as well. We'll have the same problem as last season.
I think it's clear we want a DM and CM and that we've been looking for a pacy attacker like Barnes or Borges. Then, possibly, we can upgrade a couple of positions like CB or full back. But trying to bring in loads just never works.
I would rather we started our current team. I'd be happier with a midfield three of Downes, Soucek and Paqueta personally.
