Innit. From what I've read from a number of ITKs, we're waiting for the various tournaments to finish before anything will happen. Two of our rumoured targets, Gomez and Maripan, are at the Copa America so I doubt they'll be progressed until that's done.
I suspect we're also waiting to shift some players before we bring anyone else in. Hernandez, Obiang, Hugill and Byram probably represent £20-25m of our budget so a lot is dependent on them being sold.
