  • I’d sell him if he’s making mistakes like that so early in his development imagine what he be like when he’s older 🤔
  • He'll end up like Terry, making an 'uncharacteristic' error every game...
  • Who plays in this year's charity shield as Man City won the League and the FA cup
  • League runner up I think. So Liverpool

They have such a good squad they could play against themselves.
  • Mrs Grey that's exactly what I thought, and it would be a good game
  • Kompany to Anderlecht as player manager isn’t what I was expecting to hear today
  • At least he isn't coming to us!

  • Interesting stuff especially regarding freekicks and substitutions
  • One proposed change which doesn’t appear to have been approved is regarding penalties in that if the kick is saved or hits the woodwork then play is dead as in shootouts.

This is pretty poor in my mind, maybe not as violent as the other fella but he invaded the pitch and admitted assualting a player.

At first, he even denied assault so hardly contrite about it.

A fine of £235 plus £100 compensation, 120 hours unpaid work, (I assume community service) and just a 4 year football ban.

Does that really rank as a deterrent???, his newly acquired criminal record may have an effect but I am not sure the Neanderthals reading this will take that into account.

  • Mostly agree with these although I am not sure what the issue is with keepers touching their goal posts in prepping for a penalty, apart from watching the keepers feet, I also hope officials are more strict with players encroaching into the area as a penalty is taken.

  • Chicago,

I’d imagine that would a VAR call?

I glanced at your comment and thought for a split second it said 'regarding freckles'. :nonono:
  • The freckles rule is a game changer
  • It's going to be hard to spot though.

Unless there is a mole in the camp
  • What if it's all a pigment of imagination from the ref!
  • A pox on those refs for being so measly, they give me the right mump.
    :yercoat:
  • Nothing like the games I used to play on acne marshes
  • did you get picked?
  • Be rashionel
  • I saw that earlier alderz. I just can't believe for a second that we're the only club to have thrown things, particularly given their rivalries with City and Liverpool, and yet we're the only team mentioned.
  • I agree. I mean, if it happened I’m glad we’re being called for it because it’s unacceptable, but it does seem to always be us that’s mentioned
  • These things happen at every ground I had coins thrown at me at Chelsea twice it’s not good yet the media always seem to use West Ham as an example of wrong doing we are an easy target. I don’t condone what these mindless idiots do they shame football fans
  • Daily Mail: "West Ham blow bubbles at opposition fans, players, management!!!!" Shock horror, punish them etc etc
