Is it just me being thick but I am struggling to see how this is a manslaughter charge, he tragically died in a plane crash along with the pilot.
The article gives no information as to what level of criminality occurred, I maybe understand that the pilot took off in poor conditions and was coerced into so doing, but if that is the case then why not say so?
Surely no-one interfered with the plane deliberately, is the arrested bloke a mechanic who falsified maintenance records, maybe, but once again, if that is the suspicion then why not say so.
