This is pretty poor in my mind, maybe not as violent as the other fella but he invaded the pitch and admitted assualting a player.
At first, he even denied assault so hardly contrite about it.
A fine of £235 plus £100 compensation, 120 hours unpaid work, (I assume community service) and just a 4 year football ban.
Does that really rank as a deterrent???, his newly acquired criminal record may have an effect but I am not sure the Neanderthals reading this will take that into account.
Mostly agree with these although I am not sure what the issue is with keepers touching their goal posts in prepping for a penalty, apart from watching the keepers feet, I also hope officials are more strict with players encroaching into the area as a penalty is taken.
I saw that earlier alderz. I just can't believe for a second that we're the only club to have thrown things, particularly given their rivalries with City and Liverpool, and yet we're the only team mentioned.
These things happen at every ground I had coins thrown at me at Chelsea twice it’s not good yet the media always seem to use West Ham as an example of wrong doing we are an easy target. I don’t condone what these mindless idiots do they shame football fans
Anyone complaining about media bias in favour of Liverpool, Man U or whoever never listened to the pro-Celtic commentary during the Scottish Cup Final. Sickening.

I’d imagine that would a VAR call?

There was a chap on Sky talking about the issue & he mentioned West Ham fans by name, but then referred to ‘other London clubs’.
Obviously it is disgusting either way, but strange how it is bad press for West Ham when most clubs do it.

Sounds like a lot of sour grapes to me. I don't remember him complaining when Barcelona and Real Madrid were the big spenders.
