The only one problem we’ve had is with Cheikhou, who injured his knee in a very strange and awkward way during training, but apart from that I’m happy with everything,” said Slaven.

Of course he did... couldn't be a normal injury or no injury at all ;angry

Maybe it is a really straight forward injury and he will be fine in a couple of days. Because for us that would be very strange and awkward because our physio's have flat bookings for 6 months per injury.

Kouyate to miss first 3 games of the season according to Slav so make that somewhere between 6 and 10 unless our new fitness/medical team know what they're doing.

Rumours that Andy Carroll has been pictured in Ibiza partying.... ;doh

If he's been given the time off, what he does with it is of his concern. As long as he's doing all he has been asked for his rehab we cannot expect him to sit on his hands in his free time. Obviously if he's stage diving that's another matter but having a night out shouldn't worsen his injury on the presumption he's taking it carefully. Although all this is presuming that this rumoured picture is actually true anyway...
