It's different to the WH guy, who allows time for the interviewee to reply, but frames his questions such that there's nothing left to say ;lol
It's like he has in his head what he wants the answer to be/his own opinion on the issue, then just basically includes that in his question. The poor player is left going 'Yeah, absolutely'.
