Not sure why if it was done last week it's not been announced, but there we go.
So presumably noticing will happen on the transfer front until he's in place.

West Ham have agreed a deal in principle for Tim Steidten to become the club’s new technical director.
The Hammers are expected to make a formal announcement in the next 24 hours.
Steidten's last job was as sporting co-ordinator at Bayer Leverkusen - he left there in March.
He oversaw signings like Florian Wirtz, Moussa Diaby, Jeremie Frimpong and Exequiel Palacios - among others - during his time at Leverkusen.
"I'm hoping to secure a deal in principle" for applications, interviews....
