I prefer that, would like that we are keeping it under the radar

Also slightly reduces the pressure on new players when everyone (the media) will be focusing at how these +£60mil players are going to perform

Need a decent CM alongside Rice. Then another CB, then a FWD. Job done then.

I imagine Maiapan is the elusive CB but need to wait to after Copa America. Maybe a Loan midfielder and striker?

Rice was playing in a back 3 under Moyes mostly. I think Pellegrini could be credited for him coming through as a midfielder too tbh
