Shane Long has taught Rondon all he knows about lack of skill in actually putting the ball in the net.
Id be happy with Arnautovic + Gray to go with Antonio Lanzini Ayew + Carroll when he feels up to playing. If Sakho's heads on and he wants to play for us I'd also be happy to give him another chance (when his body also decides it has some playing time in it) Also, I'd be fine with Feghouli staying as I think getting rid of him is premature (again unless he wants out)
Paper talk this morning is that the Hart deal is nearly done, with Citeh paying half his wages, and a permanent option at the end of the year, possibly for £10m.
I would 'assume' that the contract being discussed would cover this seasons wages, next seasons wages should we retain him, the loan fee and the final transfer fee. Hart has 2 years left on his contract so the purchase price would reflect the 1 year remaining. I also believe that City won't be punitive with Hart reflecting the service he has given them and the fact they are getting rid of him. Once he signs (?) he would be ours to decide upon his immediate future and also I don't see £100k being an issue.
If we sign Hart on loan for a year and he proves he's worth the wages he wants then sign him, if he does not, then don't sign him. To me it's that simple but then many people think I'm simple anyway.

They must have a weird formula for calculating their records. ;ok
But as Aslef pointed out, Rondon's goal stats look less impressive if you compare by pitch time.
And from that same site:
Shooting Accuracy.
Rondon 28%
Carroll 33%
Sakho 35%
Carroll also outscores the others in 'passes per match'.
Arnautovic asks to leave Stoke and his value goes up

Mark Noble: Pantene
;yercoat
How many games did we have where our strikers did not score?
Ah the old Kevin Keegan philosophy ;wink.
You left out what I think is the most telling stat: We let in far more goals than we had in previous seasons.
You can look up the stats here: https://www.whoscored.com/Teams/29/Fixtures/England-West-Ham
They're pretty average goalkeepers IMO.
DG has this morning re-tweeted an article that says Bilic believes signings are 'pretty close'.
A subtle hint as to what today may bring...?

Get it done.
Then look for strikers.
Owners doing an excellent job so far.
