In particular his proven ability to bring players through from a club's development teams into their first teams
Interestingly if the "don't chop and change managers" had been applied to Southampton - he'd have never have been appointed there as Southampton were ticking along nicely under Adkins
IMO there is no hard and fast rule with regards to sticking with a manager long term come what may. Luckily for me there is no disagree button as I'm sure I'd be swamped with them..!
If Bilic left and went to Madrid tomorrow, I'd be tempted with Silva at Hull. He is the next Mourinho IMO. Very, very good. Got the makings of a top coach.
Howe is another good bet. What he has done at Bournemouth is incredible.
Happy to go with anyone who brings the team success & I know that is selling my soul to the devil but ..................???
Alderz number 19 might have to fit the bill but there are a few candidates I would prefer but Slav will be safe as long as we are challenging for domestic honours next season and qualifying for Europe. ;wink
I would be interested to see where a neutral would put Slav on your list Alderz.
Other than that my only note would be the difference between Paulis at 9 and Sam at 17 as for me they are so similar, highly efficient Premiership managers who will ensure mid table security but not really entertain or inspire.
It's going to be interesting to see with how big a stick the bigwigs are going to beat him with after that postmatch interview. You simply must not speak the truth about referees.

You have no idea how tempting it is to edit other people's posts all the time to make them look stupid.
Who did that???? ;lol

I just don't want to have Sam back. I didn't particularly want him to leave when he did, but I think looking backward would be a misstep.
Love it ;hug
He feels the pain and knows what it's like.
When you see a manager hurting like that, that's true passion, for me.
I love him all the more.
