    Either Grady does not want to stay at WHU or Antonio is injured and WHU desperately need another striker.

    Probably couldn’t guarantee him a regular starting place which he wanted so as we couldn’t raise funds any other way had to sell so we can get a new LB & possibly a CH and forward. Borini is available now that would be the beginning of the end!!!

    Although I would have liked to have seen Diangana given a go, I agree with Fortuneseeker that he wasn't a guarantee to start and that's perhaps what he's now after.

    I just wish they'd sell up. In today's Premier league you have to be able to spend or you go backwards. If you can't afford to spend say 40 million, then you really ought just pack it in.

    No but it takes a lot of will to insist on staying when you have a manager and club who want you. If Moyes wasn’t involved in the bid being accepted, then maybe he can convince Diangana. Still some hope.

    The big problem we have is overpaid players who cost us a lot of money, are on a lot of money and who dont look like we want to be here

    And we have a player who doesnt want to leave, didnt cost us anything, is on small wages and we will probably sell him for undervalued fee

    It’s mad isn’t it? I’m sure you could get rid of a few others for 12-18m as well. If we’re desperate, I’m sure Anderson would be bought for around that, even if it’s a big loss on his original fee it would be a better long term move. I understand there might not be interest in Anderson at what we want to sell him for but i doubt there’s no interest at all.

    Thought it was odd he went out on loan last season considering how he performed in the 1st team. We have been hopeless in the transfer markets since Pardew. Seems like the current board have gone the way of the Icelanders business wise with the Haller deal. Anyway - still got 4 players that can play in Moyes system on the left!!
