    Yes Suz ...He is ours today. He will be ours next week. Enjoy the moment. Sometimes we simply don't know when to enjoy the ride. I am enjoying the ride. I am so proud of the owners, all the players (not just Dimitri) and I am so proud just walking the streets Of Trondheim in my West Ham colours and getting great comments. I was so proud to hear the Norwegian commentator last night speaking about this unique, special talent and the Norwegian Pundits drooling over this man of the match genius.     Everyone has their price and a ridiculous offer would have to be considered, he's 29 and just hit the form of his life

    I still don't think he'll go because I don't think anyone will pay 50-60m for the player and probably need to make his wages 200k a week for 5 years, that is a 100m investment and no resale it's not happening imo

    It is very understandable that we all fear him going as he can play above our current level - but if we place the fear aside for a moment and think of the positives he could be a brilliant recruiting tool, If Payet is playing for us we must be going somewhere they will think. Payet, Olympic Stadium and once Ginge makes his name in this tournament they will be begging us to come.

    I am so worried that Sullivan said that (and he can't spell building, so he probs didn't). But his record for accurate prediction on these matters is around 3.13 percent. The louder he says it the less likely it is. He's worse than Hughey ITK
