  • Impressive to get injured whilst sitting on the bench!

It's the West Ham way, you should know that........!!!
  • Based on the Forest game I would start Wilson ahead of Fullkrug against Spurs.

He's unlikely to complete 90 mins and if Füllkrug is indeed injured who is there to lead the line?
Apropos of nothing did you know that Füllkrug means "filling jug", well it would wouldn't it. =)

I would throw Callum Marshall into the front line, why are we so reluctant and hesitant to give young players their chance?
  • I don’t think there’s an issue with giving them a chance, but relying on someone unproven is risky. I’d suspect that we’re more likely to see Bowen through the middle and either Summerville or Guilherme on the right, or even Paqueta through the middle, than we are to see Marshall start

I do think fans in general are very reactionary

Some players are suited to coming off the bench and looking good

Not saying Wilson shouldn't start but every "build your XI" has Wilson and Summerville starting the next game.... 2 players whore probably better against a tired defence then a fresh one

  • As I said a few weeks ago, it will end up being Paquetá or Bowen up front - probably the latter - for most of the season. It’s criminal that for the last 3 years we’ve always ended up with Bowen playing up front.
  • Let’s not right off Fulkrug just yet IMO ⚒️⚒️⚒️

It’s hard, with our striker recruitment over the last 15 years, to not be downbeat about the latest news. He has only been here a year, made little impact & spent most of the time injured. When he has played, he has very little to offer (3 goals in 21 games).

It’s just more poor talent identifying & recruitment from the club, particularly TS.
