    Here Bilic isn't talking about Croatia in general but the people who actually sprayed the Swastika. Unless he knows them, why is he trying to downplay it? Defending Croatia in general is fair enough. This I don't understand.

    He is only 6 weeks in, and a mixed squad. He has a lot of learning to do. Give him a few months to settle ;ok

    He only has one season (i.e amount of time), the owners have made it public if we get relegated then he won't get any compensation, therefore if they have inserted that clause I very much doubt they'd continue with his services should we go down.

    I think he'll get it right in the end, he's brought in some decent players and I expect a couple more unless the owners lock up the chequebook (I think we could have another 10m in the vault possibly more with some players leaving)

    I wouldn't even bother discussing Bilic's position until November, regardless of where we are.

    I would also just like to say now before we kick a ball I'm also one of those who has my doubts about this guy , I think we will stay up just but question this appointment
    my choice would have been Frank De Boar said it from day one before Sam went.

    But I will support him and really hope he does well just not sure he is the right man
    for this job , time will tell .

    Pretty sure Bilic was the last man standing from the candidates. I think the rest kind of ruled themselves out.

    This is a write off season for me.
    Just gonna try and enjoy it.
    Last season at the Boleyn.
    Hopefully European football to follow.
    Yes he's brought in a few players, but he's also inherited a lot of dross.
    Needs at least 3 windows to get the squad he wants. Plus needs time for the players to adapt to his new methods.
