Albian Ajeti’s move to Celtic has stalled after the player asked for more time to weigh up his options.
The West Ham forward was due to undergo a medical with the Scottish champions yesterday, but he stayed in Switzerland to allow for more time to consider the switch.
The clubs agreed a loan deal, with an option to buy for around £5m.
A number of Premier League clubs, including West Brom, are also interested in the Swiss international - and the player is now mulling over what’s best for his career at this stage.
football.london reckons that West Brom are NOT interested in Ajeti and that the Celtic deal was done (loan that would become a permanent deal if he played x number of games) until Ajeti decided to go home to Switzerland to have a think.
I’d certainly be open to a loan deal with an option to buy.
Stones is a quality defender, he just gets complacent on the ball sometimes. Problem at City is that he is on the ball an awful lot more than he would be at a mid table side.
Not really sure John Stones can do a lot better than a Newcastle or a West Ham. Maybe Spurs is as high as he can get. Certainly none of the top 4 will want him. He’s regressed massively over the last couple of years.
Leicester are eyeing Bournemouth's David Brooks but face competition from West Ham, Newcastle and Crystal Palace, according to theDaily Express.
The 23-year-old is likely to remain in the Premier League despite Bournemouth's relegation, and despite an injury-hit season is highly thought-of throughout the league.
I watched this video and made some notes as I went along because I didn't want to forget the things that were occuring to me:
1. Right near the beginning the commentator called Robert Snodgrass "Rob Snodgrass", and it was very jarring. I don't think I've ever heard him just called "Rob" before? Doesn't sit right with me, no thank you.
2. Yarmolenko was involved in lots of good quality stuff at the start of the season. I forgot how involved he was - similar to Lukerz with Anderson.
3. I enjoyed throughout the video that the pronunciation of "Haller" evolved. Starting off as a fairly route one "Hal - La", the moving to "Hal - Lair", and finally the true galaxy brained pronunciation "A - Lair". Beautiful work from the commentators.
4. It was striking to me how much how goals changed throughout. At the start of the video there were far more little intricate passing moves and six yard box tap ins than I had remembered us managing. After Moyes turned up, it's a lot more direct, quick, counter attacking. Seeing the same side perform two very different styles is pretty encouraging, actually.

Maybe he doesn't fancy Glasgow...
(Sorry Outcast, I know you work hard.)

I’d really like him.
John Stones could be set for a reunion with former boss David Moyes at West Ham as Manchester City begin a clear-out, according to The Sun.
The 26-year-old could be available for just £20m, having found opportunities with City hard to come by in the 2019/20 season.
His current contract runs out in 2022, and Arsenal are also reportedly interested, but would need to sell before buying.
Certainly would be a decent buy for us.
You don’t really appreciate that.

Was very talented before his injury but having watched him since he seems to have suffered from the ‘Lanzini’s’.
