We should be 3-0 up with all these chances.

The counter attacking is reminiscent of Leicesters

I don’t think 1 is going to be enough. United keep winning away after being behind.

Easy to focus on the chances we've missed and be frustrated with that, but at the same time we've been so much better than them. Better in every department.

  Great performance so far.

United will bring Fernandes on, and they can’t be as bad as that in the second half, but we’ve been great. And we’ve shown all season that we can dig in and defend, so fingers crossed!

  No!

Although wouldn't be total surprise if Man United have been awarded and scored a penalty during half-time.

What a performance. We need to get some more. Man U will get their usual penalty at some point.

  December 2020

Should be 4-0 up (Haller, Fornals, Bowen missed) and hope that we don't relax and let MAN U in. How long before Benrahama come son?

Good first half. United will improve in the second but they need to and by a decent amount. Bowen was pretty unplayable and Balbuena, on two occasions, found himself breaking into their half.
  More of the same.

  Evra in the studio.

Refers to ' our defence' meaning Man Utd.

Was that Greeno?? I went to the loo and it came back into the room to hear someone saying West Ham players are sacrificing themselves...

  December 2020

Haller slip and Fornals wasteful... that the only downside of a very good 1st half... COYI ⚒

So far so good .......still hate Grealish

Bit harsh on Fornals. I agree it looked like he could have done better with the header but when he hit the post the only way to get the ball forward was between the defenders legs and if it went through his legs the only place the ball could go was against the post. He also links well with Bowen.

Man U haven’t been good, but I think we have stopped them playing. We should be further ahead, and may regret it. Same West Ham performance in 2nd half please!

  December 2020

I just fear we will go into our shells second half and try to hold on which I don’t think we can do because they can’t possibly play that badly again especially with Fernandes and Rashford on.

I'm 100% sure that if Haller hadn't slipped he would have been given off-side (I say hopefully).

Bruno and Marcus on for Cavani and VDB. Looks like Ole knows his job could very well be on the line.

Fornals isn’t playing well. Time for Benrahma?

No, what a miss. Coufal shoulda hit it imo, but Bowen shoulda scored when it reached him.

I completely agree, but it takes me back to when BFS was here and would talk about misses chances and I'd think I was watching a different game; back then, when we got the ball into the opposition penalty box it seemed to constitute a chance, at least as far as BFS counted them.
