(My moaning and sulking by the way)
Behave ;lol
I would rather we didn't fall into the trap of saying "we get £50m for Arnie, so we spend £40m on a new striker". If need be, we could find a striker for £15m who turns out to be a revelation who at the time of signing was thought of as a risk or not good enough to fill the void.
A few articles have mentioned that Sturridge is out of contract at the end of the season but don't think we need another "sicknote".
It is hoped that Arnautovic has been sent away for a few days to clear his head. It is hoped there will be a meeting with MP at Rush Green when he returns. The transfer is down to MP, if he wants him to stay, he will not be sold. If MP thinks it's in the best interest of the rest of the squad that he goes, should our valuation be met, he will go.
Oh, and ;fishslap
That was, though, before this new tax.
And it seems the tax is only 100% on the portion of the fee that exceeds $7m.
I suppose that's why they are trying to keep transfer fees down but boost the wages part of the deal....
It worked. Before Shanghai won the Super League last year Guangzhou Evergrande were champions seven seasons in a row.
And they say the Premier League is uncompetitive...
#justsayin ;whistle
They didn't need to talk to a Stoke 'insider'. It was reported yesterday on a blog https://westham.vitalfootball.co.uk/west-ham-set-to-complete-35m-plus-transfer-before-bournemouth-game/
One can but dream..... oh wait a minute ;biggrin
