  Today’s gave is not a barometer of our season. Whilst I’m disappointed with the defending and a big hole in midfield I won’t be throwing the baby out with the bath water.

  I agree we should always hope for a win as I do with every game. And I’m always disappointed when we lose.
  
  But I wasn’t expecting us to come away from Anfield with a win today.
