  That decision by Wolves seems especially harsh - Wolves were hopelessly adrift before he joined and yet he managed to squeeze out some decent results from them and made their final points tally a bit more respectable- given that he gave up a promising position at promotion chasing Middlesbrough to try and turn them around makes it especially galling.
  
  You do not know what is going on behind the scenes but to my untrained eye he has attracted a couple of decent signings and was making a decent fist of it.
