We have quite a good record on getting others' managers sacked, I think.
From Hammersnews
Frank Lampard – Everton 2023
Last January West Ham welcomed Everton to the London Stadium in what was a relegation six-pointer at the time.
Bruno Lage – Wolves 2022
Wolves sacked head coach Bruno Lage after a 2-0 defeat to West Ham which saw them slip into the relegation zone.
Slaven Bilic – West Bromwich Albion 2020
Much-loved by West Ham’s fans, there was little pleasure taken seeing Slaven Bilic sacked by West Brom after a 2-1 defeat to West Ham in 2020.
Steve Bruce – Aston Villa 2018
Although Steve Bruce wasn’t sacked immediately after, his team’s 3-0 loss to West Ham was one of the final nails in the coffin according to reports from local press at the time. Mauricio Pellegrino – Southampton 2018
Mauricio Pellegrino was sacked after a string of poor results. But it culminated in a 3-0 loss to West Ham that sealed his departure.
Frank de Boer – Crystal Palace 2017
Dutch legend Frank De Boer was sacked after Crystal Palace suffered a 1-0 loss to West Ham, marking his fourth defeat in as many Premier League games, a record at the time.
Jose Mourinho – Chelsea 2015
Undoubtedly the biggest name on West Ham’s list of managers sacked after defeats to them is Jose Mourinho. West Ham beat Chelsea 2-1 at Upton Park during the Special One’s second stint at the club and West Ham’s memorable Farewell Boleyn campaign.
Avram Grant – Chelsea 2008
In his first managerial job in the Premier League, Avram Grant lost to West Ham, which, it’s reported, heavily contributed to Chelsea’s decision to replace him.
I am just glad he lasted for our match, I feel sure we have had our share of being the first match for a new manager in which a load of previous pitch wanderers suddenly become warriors fighting for their new maanger.
Sadly it looks like Amorm is destined for the United job, I liked the look of him when we had very brief talks towards the end of last season. It's a shame it has been seemingly tied up so quickly as I was enjoying the united fans melt down over the rumours Southgate was going to be given the job.

They would’ve probably turned on him by this time next season anyway
Former West Ham, Everton and Manchester United boss David Moyes is considering a return to management. The 61-year-old left the London Stadium at the end of last season and was replaced by Julen Lopetegui. He has since taken some time away from football and while he has stated a return will not arrive any time soon, thoughts of managing again are now under consideration. "No case of that [wanting to get back into management] at all, but I’m starting to think about it," said Moyes on the Stick to Football podcast. "For three months I’ve been great, because I wanted the time off. It doesn’t sound a lot to say you’ve had 60 games last year, but when you’re the manager and you’re coming back on a Thursday night from Belgium or France, you’re saying, ‘My goodness, I’ve got to get the team prepared – I’ve got to get all the work done’. "There might be debriefs, then you’re trying to get them ready for a Premier League game. I found that amount of workload to be really difficult in the last three years, but it was a pleasure to be in that situation."
They play at Brentford before that. I would be more worried that Steve Cooper is now available as we all know how David Sullivans new manager process works!
I reckon the board would accept poor results against Newcastle and Arsenal but if we don’t win against Leicester it could be the writing on the wall for JLo
It would be beyond ironic if Moyes got his replacement sacked
But madness to sack him, for sure. 9 times out of 10* the promoted clubs go straight back down. Every week the manager keeps them above the relegation zone, they should get a bonus! Deluded expectations, imo.
Problem yesterday was Steve Cooper was respecting the point at 1-0 down by putting everyone behind the ball, no jeopardy for Chelsea as they were already winning 🤷♂️.

Plus all that money wasted on a lot of his naff signings‼️

Moyes in this week
First game? West Ham next Tuesday?
It would be beyond ironic if Moyes got his replacement sacked
Leicester announcement said they were starting the search and someone or other ( from the club) is going to step in on a temporary basis.

*More accurate statistics are available.
But they're scored in every game apart from Man Utd away
Lost against Chelsea, Man U, Forest, Arsenal, Villa and Fulham, not easy games
It seems a little harsh to dump him
