I've not been able to watch any of the games yet this season (due to getting married) and will only be able to watch the first half of Luton. So if we're losing that first half, I hand over my season ticket to Aslef.

It shows how poor last PL season was that so many have decided to get married to give them an excuse to not watch so many games but it’s backfired so far this season. Congrats anyway.

Thanks for the offer but I'm getting married sometime next year, depending on when the fiancé finally emigrates from the USA
Also I work almost every Saturday...
Wouldn't it be easier all round if he just gives you his wife instead of his season ticket 😂🤣😂?
Luton played this evening in the silly cup. Surprisingly they played pretty much their first eleven which is not great with a premiership match on Friday. It was also their first match at Kenilworth Rd this season so we wont be their first.
(actually I did have a wedding in mind. But the unfunny truth is that the more I've got to know her, the more I've decided I actually dont like her a lot of the time. I do still love her though. Sounds like a marriage to West Ham now I think about it)
Hi Baz just wanted you to know .most of Europe is in bed .So just you and me it seems .Having said that early night for me here in Canada .So just you I guess

I hope you haven't got a soft spot for a more popular girl 😉😉😉😂🤣😂.

Are you sure? They made eight changes from the weekend
Out of the starting XI against Chelsea only captain CB Tom Lockyer, CB Amari'i Bell and LB Ryan Giles started last night with RB Issa Kabore, DM Marvellous Nakamba, CM Ross Barkley and CF Elijah Adebayo coming on as 2nd half subs
Tim Krul got his first start, be interesting to see if he starts on Friday
It was also their first match at Kenilworth Rd this season so we wont be their first.
But it will be the first home game in the top flight since Saturday 25th April 1993 (Aston Villa, 2-0). We won at Kenilworth Road that season, Mike Small got a "slight deflection"
I just noticed they played most of their Premiership line up, not necessarily that they they started or played 90, I thought they may have chosen to rest them for Friday in a home tie against League two opposition.

They're a game behind the rest of the Prem so probably wanted to get more game minutes into their legs.
Toss up who starts in goal. Kaminski who spent the last three seasons at Blackburn Rovers and has conceded 7 goals or recent signing Ktul who kept a clean sheet against Gillingham. To be honest I don't think it matters
Bell and Lockyer will start with the third CB either Reece Burke or new arrival from Barnsley Mads Andersen
Kabore Nakamba Chong Barkley Giles Adebayo Morris
If we aren't comfortably ahead by half time I will be surprised
But I heard when I was watching the game that Soucek was not a concussion sub
Even so, they may have decided afterwards that it was concussion, or have decided to follow the protocol to be on the safe side. Or, as happened in an earlier game this season, they may have filled out the wrong paperwork at the time of the substitution.
I'm guessing it was an instance where the medical staff weren't 100% sure. We played it safe (and rightly so) and got him off the pitch, but if we'd have used a concussion sub then I guess we'd have had to follow the protocol and he definitely wouldn't have been available for Luton. As it was he was correctly removed from play, but if it turned out they were subsequently sure it wasn't a concussion, then presumably he'd have been clear to play against Luton.

Congratulations though.
Congrats anyway.
ASLEF, just for clarity, is that fiancé or fiancée?
Happy times to all 🎉🎊
Congratulations all. 🎉

Is I imagine the side (assuming Soucek can’t play).

"Tomas Soucek is not available from last week. We're covering the protocols from the Premier League regarding his concussion last week."
