  • We are a very hard watch. If I was neutral I’d have switched off ages ago.

    It's a terrible game. Everton haven't been very good, but better than us.
  • Moyes should make a change now instead of waiting until the break.
  • Pacqueta is no Payet.
  • If being in Europe means we serve this up in the league, which we have done for the whole of 2022, then I’d rather not be in it.
  • Loses my mind at this

    How we aren't behind after being so terrible just shows how bad Everton are as well
  • As a team we seem to be struggling to hold onto the ball, however, Soucek is being unfairly singled out as being poor imo; he's made a number of important interceptions and clearing headers so far.

    Basically the same team as last season so hardly surprising. Irritating, yes, but not surprising.

    Until Moyes stops picking his favourites irrespective of form then I just can't see it changing.

    Souceks issue is he's been awful for 18 months

    Hes also a CM so when we are struggling on the ball it's quite key he and Rice give us solidarity and composure on the ball

    Thankfully Everton are worse
  • Pacqueta is no Payet.

    He tackles better than Payet

  • I’m not really sure what our game plan is. I don’t watch us and get a clear idea of how we want to play or what we’re about as a side. Everything feels a bit aimless to me.

    I’d like to see Cornet and/or Benrahma come in, and I wouldn’t mind seeing Downes in for Soucek just to give us a bit more control of the ball.
  • One of the worst halves of football I've watched for years. Two poor sides, and no quality on the ball from either side.

    Could easily sub off Bowen, Paqueta, Fornals, Soucek, Cresswell and Coufal.

    I think you've got that the wrong way round.
    Everton are struggling to hold onto the ball.
    Unfortunately we are worse.

    Hard to watch, poor game so far.
    2 teams that aren’t up to it from that half.
    Attacking we look short of any ideas ….
    COYI ⚒️
  • We have some boring players right now, where is the imagination

    Could easily make 5 subs here at HT

    Downes -> Soucek
    Scamacca -> Pacqueta
    Benrahma -> Fornals

    Fab
    Coufal Zouma Kehrer Cresswell
    Rice Downes
    Bowen Benrahma Antonio
    Scamacca

    Would like to see Bennie & Scamacca on, also Downes as Soucek might as well not be on the pitch
  • Kehrer back to LCB with Zouma as RCB; pretty sure they played this way the first time they were paired together, but they've played the other way around in the last couple of games.

    Given Kehrer is more two footed than Zouma I woulda thought this is the more natural combination, but I wonder why they were swapped for a couple of matches.
  • Anthony Gordon
    Conk of Matthew Le Tissier

    Isn't that, in this day and age, being rather schnozzle-ist?

  • We are too predictable in a poor game and can't hold on to the ball or string a few passes together. Something needs to change - players, formation, tactics?
  • Proof that London is a truly global city

    We have a Stenhousemuir fan in the pub
  • Ask him if they’re more exciting to watch than us.

    That's where he is 😂🤣😂, they were getting worried about him.
  • No subs.....

    Fantastic

    What's the definition of insanity?
  • Of course. Maupay scores.

    Long way back now.
  • If course it's him
