If the Bowen moment is the one I think it was, I’m not sure it was a foul rbh. Shoulder to shoulder and he just fell over.

Kane has been given so much room, it's poor IMO. Rice and Soucek need a little talking to. They need to be a bit more aware and be closer to their players, far too much room given IMO

It was not shoulder to shoulder. Should have been a foul but as it was outside the area VAR doesn’t check it.
