They'd won three in a row before Fletcher took over, he lost his first game away to Plymouth 4-0, drew at home with Carlisle and lost away at Morecombe.

They drew at home to Brighton U23s in the EFL trophy last week and on Sunday they had Maldon & Tiptree of the Isthmian North at home in the Cup.

The lost 2-1.

They've given the job back to the bloke who was caretaker before they signed Fletcher.

Mrs G, I have to tend to agree but that is just another frustration I have about the club at the moment. Appear to aspire to be a BIG club but don't have the money & all that could bring to enable to us to be real challengers.
