Our throw-ins have bugged me for ages - generally it seems when we take it quickly we nearly always retain possession and momentum, but when we faff about waiting for our throw in experts, the opposition mark up, nobody really seems to want it and eventually it turns in to a 50/50 (at best) - Cresser being the worst for taking ages imho.

Note to anybody who drives to games. On Sunday, parts of London will be celebrating a car free day. Much of the city, in the square mile, between London and tower bridge will be closed to cars. Also, if you have a parking spot, Roman road will be closed too.
