If we play like this against Liverpool we will suffer.

If Liverpool play like they did vs Brighton they'll be in trouble

  How biased is Alan Smith?

Not even trying, is he. I might watch the rest on mute.

We are giving them so much space.

This has not been a good performance.

Why are we rushing everything and taking half hearted shots ? its just giving Villa the ball back. Just work the ball, really grind them down and if the pass or shot is on then take it. We are ceding all the initiative to Villa.

Getting absolutely nothing from the ref now.

If it finishes like this then Villa can feel pretty hard done by, IMO. They’ve been better than us

What is going on. We are caught in possession time and time again.
• PrestonHammer

  October 2021

Are we the ones with 10 men?

I know we've been bad but you have to give Villa credit, they are working so well

We don't need to get this 3rd just need to take the steam out of them

Panic has set in. A goal and a man up, but not playing like it.

Antonio just lost a foot race with John McGinn. He needs competition in January.

This is really poor Game management from the team so so poor. Someone needs a rocket up the team.

Now I'm remembering why I hated Villa last year. McGinn doing his best to get Fornals and Bowen sent off. Clown.

Not really been in the game. This is where a second striker really would help us.

  Lanzini coming on for... Benrahma.

  Would have subbed Fornals, myself.

  Ahem...

McGinn is a good player, but he’s a nasty piece of work too.

Good refereeing to give us the advantage after the headlock on Antonio - Hause getting away with it again

Deserved for Fornals after getting smashed in the face.

Villa are a horrible little lot.

Tbf, I think Lanzini has been calm on the ball but everyone else was still panicking around him 😂

I’m surprised he didn’t get a second yellow for that tbh
