I read yesterday that Little Jack was on record as saying that a lot of the injuries we've had were caused by training too hard before the Chelsea game. Not sure that would have gone down too well with the management and coaching teams ;hmm

So zaza fit to lead the line against Watford, assume Payet will be fit if he can get through the international break and likewise Lanzini. Obviously no Arbeloa.

Nothing on Nordveit or Feghouli though

Think Nordveit has been treated unfairly

He's obviously been thrusted into the first remain and struggled with the pace of the game, and chelsea didn't make it easy for us

He looked good in pre season
Let's give him time
Noble Kouyate or Obiang haven't exactly offered much more then him

Kouyate has done well, Obiang has hardly played and Nobes has been average imo.

Nordtveit is a good player. Watched quite a bit of the Bundesliga last season and he is better than we've seen so far.

I think the next six games represent a really good opportunity for him, Tore and Zaza to show us what they're all about.

More on the news that Sunderland striker Fabio Borini is out for three months with a torn abductor muscle.
