See Sully was putting his foot in it again "when they look at the coach they'll see there was no damage"
tbf, he did explain later that he only found out about the damage later.
"When I was asked about the incident prior to yesterday's game, I was unaware of the damage that had occurred to the Manchester United team bus. I want to apologise to Manchester United for that damage and assure them that we will be doing all we can to track down those responsible and ban them for life. Then perhaps he should say "can't comment" until he has all the facts?
He's and the club and the Police are collectively to blame for a situation that helped contribute to their coach turning up late.
The twonk that is Adrian Durham thinks the game should be replayed ;lol
Everyone really does hate us don't they? ;doh
If there was any doubt he was a WUM, then it's been confirmed now.
They got there at 7.10 and kicked off at 8.30 that's almost the normal amount of time. Has he seen the video from Jesse Lingard inside the coach? they may have been nervous but they were all laughing
All the papers, not just the Sun, have reported the attacking of the bus and rightly so in my opinion, on their news pages. They've all, or those I've read covered the match and the atmosphere accurately. The Utd bus reached the turning at 6pm having left Canary Wharf at 5.30 and according to Van Gaal was only 100 metres behind the West Ham coach which got through with no trouble. It was stuck in the crowd for 50 minutes. I think this was down to the incompetent planning of the police, who escorted the coach but appeared to have made no provision for clearing a pathway in the crowd for when the coach neared the stadium, not helped it appears by the club not liaising effectively on this. The thing which comes to my mind is that had there been a tragedy and people got seriously injured or killed, the behaviour of the total morons who were throwing cans and bottles at the coach, goaded by the equally moronic taking photos on their phones and cheering and gesturing at the coach, it would have become ammunition for the police and authorities to cover their backsides ala Hillsborough. If the thugs can be identified I think in addition to a lifetime ban from all football grounds they should receive a custodial sentence
The club can't be held responsible for criminal behaviour of people elsewhere, in public places. For all we know, the crowd had been infiltrated by Millwall fans in disguise. The club can only be held accountable for things it can control.
Twist I don't think it has been blown out of proportion and the result has had no bearing whatsoever. Nobody at Utd has used that as an excuse and they have all said with the kick off being put back they had their full warm up time. Carrick said that once they were in front they should have known not to give away free kicks and the defeat was their fault.

When you hear the ginger nugget talk of replaying the game
Blown out by one ex Utd player. The current staff and players have all said it made no difference. He's an idiot. No game would ever be replayed due to what happened before the game and outside the stadium. Why are you even giving it air time.

It's almost like he's looking for a reaction... ;wink

The morons that bottled it have no excuse.

A verse of "Blowing Bubbles" wouldn't go amiss at the Swansea game in honor of our hammers friends.
;ok
I've never heard of anything like that.
Points deductions are made, afaIk, when clubs breach PL rules.
I wonder of man utd had won they will still be banging on about it?
The points deduction rumour is just a wind up.
Where have you heard that?
It'll be a six figure fine and that's it.
You can't get points deductions for that kind of incident.
If you could, we would've lost 40 for the Millwall game!
Now that one of them has, I can rest easy...
Yea it has been blown out of all proportion
