  • I give up. Another half to go, and without a miracle we will be playing QPR

    We are next weekend!

When might our Afcon players be back, anyone know?

I think they might stay away permanently ;)
  • Might as well bring on Pabilo
  • Is that our 3rd new signing?
  • It’s not just that we’re terrible, but I swear every loose ball bounced the wrong way for us
  • We're a tiny bit better in this half.

We couldn’t really be worse. It feels like they’re happy for us to have the ball, and we can’t do much with it.
  • Loose or second balls tend to bounce towards the side making an attempt to get there first which in 99% of cases is not us.

That could be something to do with it

Oh good. Strand Laarsen coming on.
The one we decided not to buy.

    Karma ... 'Hold my pint'
  • So Strand Larsen is on - what are the odds he scores?

Senegal playing now, and are losing 1-0 at moment ( but still in 1st half )

    Senegal equalised now....
  • That Krecji penalty check is exactly the same as the one Paqueta got against him the other day. I thought that was a penalty, and I don’t see how this one wasn’t.
  • Presumably we will do the same with Pablo that we do with all new signings and get them to watch their first dozen or so games to acclimatise.
  • How can Wilson still be on 76 th min
  • We’ve had 67% of possession but done nothing at all with it.

Like I said regarding that one "we'll see".
  • I love that we rushed to get the signing done to register Pablo for today, and now we’re going to give him a maximum of 12 minutes. Tactics.
  • Was it in 2015 when Leicester were rock bottom, played us and won and then stayed up.

    Deja vu here
  • I honestly think our players, despite how awful they’ve been all season, thought they’d turn up and Wolves would lay down for them.

And like I said at the time and today, they both should have been penalties
  • And my point was that we never get the decision.

That doesn’t stop the Paqueta one being a foul though
  • Surely that was a red for the take out of Summerville
  • We've missed Paqueta big time today IMO

I think the important element was getting him a part of the travelling squad as soon as possible, so he understands how trash we truly are

I said at the time that it was the correct application of the laws. I also said "Well, he's set a precedent now and there needs to be consistency. Let's see how many penalties are awarded for the rest of the season for the same foul"
Well we didn't have to wait long to see the inconsistency.

Well IMO that is also down to NES, if he can't get them motivated for such a big match we have a huge problem.....& sadly for us , Senegal now winning.....Diouf won't be back soon..
  • The so called “winnable games” that people were on about seem to be going well. Come Tuesday it’s possible we will have taken 1 point as Forest are on a bit of a downward curve at the moment so who better for them to play.
