  • Watching Spurs leading Utd and seeing they’ve lost the most points from a leading position.
That’s something we can be proud of that we haven’t lost many like that just because we haven’t lead that many games.
  • thorn, I heard the other day we are the most likely to concede a goal in the first ten minutes of a game! 😬
  • We’ve done it umpteen times.
  • Our ladies won 3-1 at home to Brighton 😊.
  • Did anyone else feel the shaking? A penalty awarded to Liverpool overturned by VAR, at Anfield!

Liverpool really had to hang on at the end for their points, I think that Wolves can hold their heads up high
  • Oh yeah. Why didn't Jota get a red or yellow for absolute cheating? 🤷‍♂️
  • Also think Konate was somewhat lucky to not get a 2nd yellow, but for once I had no issues Liverpool winning, however Wolves are playing better than us at the moment IMO.
  • Troy Deeney picks Flekken as his goalkeeper in team of week, did their keeper really have too much to do? Can’t understand that one 🤔🤔🤔

Unfortunately you only get a yellow for diving, and VAR can't award (or suggest after the event) a yellow card. Should be a retrospective ban though imo, although I think (mostly) those have not really been used much since the introduction of VAR.

I'm still bitter over Lanzini getting a retro 3(?) match ban after the Stoke game a few years back for much the same thing but far less blatant.
  • Man City being made to look like chumps by Real Madrid.
  • I understand the trend for playing it out from the back and maybe it is the claret and blue but villas determination to play it out from the back is giving me palpitations
  • Tried to watch the Man City and The Villa game one on tv other on computer .Can't really tell you much about either .Perhaps my wife is right .I can't do two things at once =)
  • Villa v Liverpool was a decent game 2-2 probably about right. A chance for Arsenal to close the gap on Saturday but let's hope they don't
  • Brentford now tearing Leicester apart.
  • Leicester fans heading for the exit already.

Let's hope they take their clacky clackers with them.

I'm sure the Brentford player (Damsgaard?) received treatment but didn't go off afterwards.
  • Oh yes!

I was so focussed on how he was allowed to play on because it looked like he was totally out of it.

    I didn't imagine it then?
  • Leicester will need there next game to be against a team they can beat .Wonder who that will be =)
  • Earthy has scored twice for Bristol City as a sub.

Not sure. I definitely didn't see him go off, but could have been a result of me not paying enough attention, or that it wasn't shown on the coverage.
  • Crikey. Leicester have lost the last 6 games at home and haven't scored a single goal in all those matches.
They've done better away, scoring against Spurs. Villa and Liverpool.

    Funny old League.
  • They looked awful- you have to fear for them, the body language was telling, that being said, I had forgotten how irritating Vardy is, he really is a piece of work
  • Add Lineker to that.
  • Ooh, the Chelsea keeper didn't do very well there.

    Sanchez back next week?
  • Rashford doing for Villa what Lingard did for us. (ish)
