Been an ok half again so far, but not doing enough in the final third.

Fredericks is such a frustrating player. One of our quickest, but so rarely uses it in attack. It's always sideways or back with him.

There's a lot of things I wish Fornals did better. There's obviously a good player in there, but his crossing isn't great, he isn't particularly quick, he's muscled off the ball too easily and his final pass is often not good enough. Works hard, no doubt, but never does quite enough to convince me.

I think Dawson's been excellent.

So happy for him, considering all the ridicule he's had before even kicking a ball for the club.
