We seem to be playing a hybrid 2-1-5-2 system. When we ahve the ball the CDs are splitting, Rice is covering the middle, and the FBs are playing from the half way line.

0-2 - at least we are playing as a team defensively - everyone involved was at fault for that goal... chocolate fireguard challenges all over the place.

We do have some serious ballers in this side. I just wish we were a tad better at defending. Just a tad.

The technical ability we have across the midfield and front line now is something else. They’ve all be superb, especially Lanzini, Haller and Fornals.

Defence got better as it went on, mainly because we had the ball and were doing the attacking..
