    He won't score now, Baz. Spurs confirmed he's crocked. Isn't expected back in training until early March.

    Checked my cup opponent and he, like me, has a crocked Kane and TAA which is total justification for me to make more than 1 TF no? ;wink

    I thought it likely, since my opponent had a full price team AND played his wildcard, so had a fully fit and in-form squad.

    You've done very well recently with your cheap team. So, although perhaps inevitable, you've got to be proud of them ;clap

    If you had progressed a few more rounds I would have urged you to abandon the 7.5 restriction and see how far you made it ;lol (as in use your wildcard to get better players in and when you bowed out to make X amount of transfers to revert back with us taking into account what it would cost you to revert and mentally adding those lost points back on at the end of the season. Well you know what I mean, I think ;puzzled )

    My cheap team didnt even qualify (I think) or it lost straight away. ;lol

    In any case, the last post I made here is full of pitfalls especially in terms of points gained via more expensive players and reverting etc. It was just a momentary thought that it'd be nice for a fellow hammer to go as far as possible in the cup

    My own cheap team has been subject to a few bad decisions and a bit of poor fortune recently so I need to get it out of a rut. If I had more players to chose from I'd have played my wildcard already (not just because I enjoy a TF or 2 ;whistle )

    Its all about fighting on those 5 fronts (league, H2H, Cheap, cup and draft) like the big boys do hahaha

    The pressure not to be generous/excessive with TFs is enormous. Its totally stunting my normal gung ho style ;wahoo maybe character building ;hmm

    I was top in all 4 leagues until recently. Slipped in H2H and cheap to a pathetic 2nd. I'm not sure I can currently deal with the shame of that. I feel like I could do a Spurs and blow 'em all which would be both devastating and hilarious ;weep ;lol and ;wahoo

    Not this week for the cup though as I dont want a foreign Man Utd supporter doing me. Already had to sort out Kane situation then try not to TF out Trent AA and waste four points. Now Pogbas other half has just had a baby so he'll probably miss this GW too! Cursing playing my wildcard before the Kane ankle went ;doh

    Moura has 'Arnie' injury, I mean a knee injury (Lamela probably the beneficiary of Moura and Son being out as he'll play high up I reckon) ;yercoat

    Assuming Llorente will get game time now but wonder how rusty he is. At the end of the day its Spurs so you know they'll let you down whoever you pick to play against leaky Fulham ;hmm ;doh

    Id have put him in the starting line up for Periera and probably gained more point than the TF fine (not going to ever admit that cautious is right for me hehe)

    I have a guy from Thailand in the cup next round who's team name is 'spurs' so theres an instant want to dump his behind out next round. Whilst doing a bit of Bielsa spying on his team I noted that he started in GW7 and then made a lot of TFs in GW8 (as in SEVENTEEN TFs at a cost of 64 points - still not enough to like him). So he most likely went to play his wildcard and didnt click it to confirm? ;lol He still hasnt played a wildcard all season so I am assuming its the case. Played triple captain on Salah last week @45pts. Wondering now if a wildcard or another chip will be played against me ;hmm If not, my teams stronger IMO so I am hoping to dispatch my second spud of the campaign...

    On the domestic H2H front I have Gina this week who's delighting in catching me up (from being about 9 or 10 pts behind). I've been slapped about recently in the H2H. Some bad choices and some bad luck has seen me have chances to go 6 points clear and now Im 6 points behind! ;weep Last season I made a few TFs purposely in the GW against her ( I figured it was a mini wildcard week and if I lost at least I wouldnt get grief plus I wasnt tht high in the league anyway). This season we're both now challenging... So I am not quite sure what to do.... ;hmm

    If you've got Kamara in your squad, you might want to get rid before his price plummets.

    Arrested on Monday, and he's now "banned indefinitely from all club activities".
