Roughly translated means I have already made 2 TFs but this Mahrez situation has not helped. I actually have cover on the bench, with only Robertson being protected in last sub place, but I want to make another TF which will mean I need to find funds so at least another one on top of that needs to happen. Or I could just wait for next week.
Mahrez will probably be back next week professing his undying love for Leicester until the summer. But the lure of new players is hard ( Mkhitaryan, Aubang, Deulofeu, Sanchez, Moura etc etc ). Also I gained plenty of points on KRS 1-2 Pac and a little on Adam last week. So if I was sensible I'd protect that, right? I'm only 20 off the lead. Or do I gamble and hope my incoming players do the business? ;scary
I want to see what I could've won (I so know its going to be a speed boat)
Also, if I make several TFs, Best Ham in 2nd place in the H2H league will basically have an easy week in his pursuit of you. If I stick to 2 TFs I have a better squad (only the GK isnt playing out of my 15). Hes made 1 TF and as of last week he would mostly likely have 5 out of the 15 not playing. So no room if there are rotated/rested players
I've already used both my wildcards, my free hit and triple captain, So even though Im in 2nd place, I'll be lucky to win the league. With that in mind, I think I'll go for the 4 TFs as opposed to the current 2...
My real team plays my joke team this game week lol.
(After some quick checking, a team that played its triple captain against me and achieved its season high score beating me by 6 points that week ;angry )
Didn't use the wildcard and i think i logged into it like three tones this season. Team hasn't changed.
The league numbers mean we dont all play each other 'home' and 'away'. There's not much there can be done about a random drawing over the 38 games though.
However, and Im not accusing anyone of anything, surely if your team is playing your joke team whats human nature going to be factored into that?
Theoretically, Im 14 off the lead. Gina is only 10. I have to play her twice still. Is it in my interests to swallow both those games (despite never hearing the end of it) to help her move closer to the lead?
My honest reaction is that I'm not liking it and admit I'll not take too much more interest in H2H (outside of those 2 games I should be losing of course)
I suppose if your team ends up playing twice or 3 times against a team whose manager has basically not bothered since week 1, you have an advantage. But there are so many permutations: your team might then be up against someone the next week who has used their wildcard and has put together a 'perfect' team... which puts you at a disadvantage.
It's just the luck of the draw, and I accept it for what it is. A bit like a cup competition...
I'd like to try to save up my transfers such that after the international break I've got 2 Frees to play with.
You can see the total amount of transfers i have done on that team XD a Whopping 3 ! i think you just got unlucky when i activated the Triple points Captain back in game week 6 when i was messing about i think. I will probably activate the bench boost at some point something i haven't used on my proper team let alone joke team.
