  • I don't think our gameplay has changed overly. We're not scoring, just been hitting the woodwork a lot more.

    Hermansen
    Wan-Bissaka - Mavropanos - Disasi - Diouf
    Soucek - Fernandes
    Bowen - Taty - Summerville
    Wilson

Last chance - I think this could be the weekend it’s over as I feel we’ll lose & Spurs will win, but let’s go down fighting at least
  • I’ve had a sneaky, itchy feeling for a few weeks now that we’ll beat Arsenal.

    I know,I know.🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ve managed to get a ticket for tomorrow 👏, but have always used the train to get to the stadium. My friend wants to drive to Westfield tomorrow. Which is the best car park at Westfield, for walking to stadium and getting out afterwards.

    Any advice appreciated ⚒⚒
  • Don't leave early =)

I go on the train but the car park at Westfield is busy and can take quite a while to get out of, although a Sunday evening shouldn't be as bad as a Saturday.

The main Westfield car park is a 5-10 minute walk to the stadium. Get there early as they have announced enhanced security for this game, so it could take longer to get in than usual.

Thanks for the advice IronHerb. I don’t drive either, but the concession is shopping first, then game. 🤦‍♂️ There seems to be 3 car parks, and the one at John Lewis’s is probably closest to it.
  • it depends on what direction you are coming from, I park at Ebbsfleet and get the train to Stratford one stop.

John Lewis car park is the one I'm referring to.

    Looks like a back 3/5:

Hermansen, Wan-Bissaka, Mavropanos, Disasi, Todibo, Diouf, Fernandes, Souček, Bowen ©, Summerville, Taty
Subs: Areola (GK), Walker-Peters, Scarles, Kilman, Potts, Magassa, Kanté, Pablo, Wilson

Also AWB back in for KWP.
  • Can’t help but feel that a back 5 with no Pablo is going to mean a long afternoon
  • Lets just hope its a Nuno masterclass
  • Playing for a draw with that line-up which I don’t think is enough and which almost never works
  • Kilman on the bench ,Just saying =)
  • Has 3 at the back ever worked for us this season ? every time I can remember we have tried a 3 at the back have we just got smashed

We got a point against City with 5 at the back. They had 24 shots though and we had 1

Did we play Man City at home with 3 at back ?
  • Interesting in a must win
  • All our guys need to put in a 10 out of 10 to get anything
  • I think this is a must not lose, rather than must win. But it all really depends on what Spurs do anyway. There’s still hope, but it’s starting to feel like blind hope.
  • A point will give Spurs huge encouragement for tomorrow night against Leeds, which is already very winnable for them.

I think we have to win this but I fear it’s going to be a horrible afternoon
  • That Arsenal lineup is scary.
  • I think this is a free hit tbh; can't expect anything, a point would be a bonus, this round of fixtures is more about Spurs tomorrow (unless we freak a win).
  • West Ham fans booing Rice is just appalling, the guy is worth ten of every single one of them.
  • I wonder if the line up is as much about the threat of Arsenal at set pieces as it is dealing with them in open play.

It's akin to how the boo boys treated Lampard when he moved to Chelsea; just seemed to make him play better against us.

I don’t agree with it, but I’ve always felt it’s more in the spirit of trying to throw him off his game than actual bad feeling. I don’t know why any West Ham fan would think negatively of him
  • Horror show defending the first corner
  • That Arsenal lineup is scary.

Same line up as Fulham and Atletico
  • Great chance for Arsenal, Todibo caught napping.
