  • Tbf these look like legit injuries for them, get why they're trying to waste time
  • West Ham penalty.
  • Bowen has it saved.
  • Jesus Christ

How can we miss your 2 penalties, both in the +90th minute
  • Can we buy their keeper?
  • We just can’t win a derby in this league.
  • That was not good enough on any level
Plus the Millwall game, not good
  • That's another couple of lost points...
So much work still to be done and again NES gets his selection wrong...
    Poor performance all around.
  • Maybe we should turn up for both halves not just the wnd and these criminal 90th minut penalties wont be needed
  • With the players we have available, what we are serving up is disastrous

Yep, NES IMO is consistently not getting enough from his squad....
    It's just not good enough.
My major gripe with NES he just never seems to get it right from the start....
Yeh, we're doing ok, but complete performances are few and far IMO
  • Dont think NES will last the season. He has a good squad for this league but lacks game plans, motivation and ability to make meaningful changes. The players seem to lack energy and we give the opposition far too much space. Really frustrating.
  • And let's be real QPR aren't really considered one of the top teams in the division.
That 1st half tonight was as bad as it's been...
If we had won, I'm not sure we would have really deserved it....But of course I wish we had....
  • 9 games & we’ve played well once, can’t believe we’re 2nd
  • It is the curse of the London derby again. We haven, beaten a London team and there will be lots of them this season. We were shockingly poor in the first half and Soucek wasn't at the races after his long lay-off. Too many shirked physical battles. We were so passive.

Others would follow the Millwall/QPR model.

The second-half started poorly but we clawed our way and then it was the 90th minute penalty calamity. The Ref had a poor game. Whatever Nuno is trying to do he has to change players and tactics. We looked better with Pablo.

    Won’t be 2nd for long
  • Well if WBA don’t win & Boro/Wolves ends in a draw, we will be
  • Got Lincoln away next Wednesday so imagine the comments on here if we play like we did tonight because they will be well up for it.
  • We just need to start performing, it’s that simple

So far the 16 points we have are because of the quality of our squad, not how we are playing

I’d be surprised if those 2 results end that way, but either way, 2 dropped points tonight
  • Re the ref - I laughed out loud when he booked that guy who blasted his shot over the bar for presumably “kicking the ball away”

So the ball went out and a whistle may have been blown but there is no way he had time to process all that

Most ridiculous yellow card I have ever seen
  • It was too early for Soucek to start, he'd played 60 minutes in a friendly after 15 weeks off. Should have been on the bench

We complain about referees in the Premier League, they aren't going to be better in the Championship

QPR have now drawn four in a row.

    Can we buy their keeper?

Manchester City signed him on a 5-year deal in July
  • We moan about NES and his selection and tactics but in our last three seasons in the PL we were comfortably one of the worst teams in it and that was under 4 different managers.
NES, Bowen et al keep talking about how difficult the championship is but we seem to approach games with a mistaken “we are better quality with better players” attitude without the necessary application and effort to justify it. We are 9 games in now but we still don’t seem to realise that our opponents are up for it from the first whistle and last night again it took until the 60th minute for us to wake up.
We’ve had one full game and that was Wrexham who were very poor, the other games were one half efforts.
  • Yeah it was poor last night but you’ve got to give QPR credit.Once they got the lead from the penalty, that should obviously never have been given , they played it perfectly. That’s not to say we should have had the guile to work it out.
    Still it’s a point from a poor performance .
    Onwards and upwards.
  • IMO NES should have acted far quicker, like pulling off Soucek after 30 minutes, we could all see we were overrun in the middle and needed a more attacking line up…
    That just IMO..
Anyhow, just seen that the Lincoln game on Wednesday is also live on ESPN out here,, hoping for a far better showing 🙏⚒️

It was amazing nobody addressed the fact their keeper had a number on our formation - every single time first half they gave him the ball, he waited on it, Bowen & Solomon were constantly too narrow & he just kept dinking the ball to either full-back who was then at Morato or KWP time & again. Isn’t it pretty standard stuff that if you don’t press a good ball player, you need to mark the players. Why were we doing neither? Nobody from the coaching staff saw this & addressed it. We just simply needed Bowen & Solomon to stay wider, we had 3 CMs in the middle to compensate.

Taty does not work as a lone striker, so that should have been Pablo or Piroe. Every time any of the back four or Soucek or Engels got the ball, it was to go sideways or backwards. I do not rate KWP, think he has been poor all season. Morato struggled yesterday & Mavropanos’ passing was as bad as it always is. Souček was not ready to start & that was a very odd call. Whenever Solomon got the ball, he never got his head up & wanted to take on the entire side.

Problem is Slacker if we continue to only play well for periods of the match and not the majority of it, I don't know if it will be onwards and upwards, but perhaps the opposite,IMO.
