Great result, shame about the Forest result, would be nice just for a mental confidence boost if we could be out of the relegation places for a week to see how Forest do in the zone (or Spurs) for that matter.
Still feels very stacked against us with the fixtures left though.
It can’t be underestimated what a difference dropping Areola has made to us. He has never IMO been good enough &, although Mads has his faults, we are much more calmer & organised now & he is a lot tidier. Areola attracted chaos & it impacted the defence regularly.
I think Spurs will have enough to stay up (unfortunately), but they could still have a big impact on our chance of survival as they have to play both Forest and Leeds.
Looking at those fixtures though, Leeds do seem to have by far the easiest run in.
Bowen working hard but if he could get his spark back........... Squad seem very together which is a very good sign and Disasi is making such a difference
How arrogant are Chelsea that they deemed Disasi not even worthy to train with the rest of the squad, and not even be considered to play in any games. He's a very decent defender and with more matches could be excellent.

Another reason to dislike that club
It’s this bomb squad nonsense that managers do now. Used to be something related to a player with a bad attitude but now seems to be just because the manager doesn’t want to use the player. Man U did it under Amorim too and us with JWP.
Wilson was a big miss but Fulham clearly had one eye on the FA Cup tie against Southampton on Sunday as they had three regulars starters on the bench (Anderson, Sessignon and Smith-Rowe) and subbed another (Jiminez) after an hour when it was still 0-0.
Definitely not the A team, maybe the B+ team as Fulham don't have a lot of depth to the squad to have a B team

It wasn't arrogance, it was a stupid owner with an overactive cheque book
Premier League clubs can only have 25 senior players and Chelsea had too many. At one point last season they had 42 players on their books

I think he has been great and although not solely responsible for our recent spate of clean sheets he is certainly a good part of that. He is like all good centre backs in his reading of the game and positioning prevents situations arising. I would be happy for him to be signed should we stay up.

Let's hope he's not the new Mervyn Day
