  • I'm not gonna lay blame at Areloa, as in reality before the 3rd goal, without him, we'd have been at least 5 down IMO...
  • I don’t let a keeper off a howler just cos he’s made a couple of decent saves.

The whole reason we now have a 40 year old as a number one is because Areola does that too often, let’s in soft goals.
  • Why is Paqueta even playing
  • Howler, no chance IMO, could have done better, perhaps....anyhiow, let's hope it's not a landslide, but if it is, would J Lo be gone.....

It wasn't as much of a howler as Fabianski's missed punch (against Brighton?), but it was a bad mistake; it highlights GK as an area of real concern imo.
  • @Lukerz, So you think Fabianski hasn’t let in some easy goals this season?

But the keeper somewhat relies on his defense doing something
  • Todibo and Füllkrug on for Alvarez and Coufal.
  • Areola again saves another goal, we're all over the place without even 1 minute into the 2nd half....
  • Areola with a good save from Salah right at the start of the second half.
  • Sorry, but seeing Kudus, showboating, trying skills at 3 nil down, shows a lack of footballing brain IMO....It's borderline stupid...
  • Crikey. That's an attacking change?

Of is Fullkrug really a defensive change in that we think he'll occupy Liverpool's defenders and reduce their attacking potential?
  • How is that not a yellow for the foul on Bowen? Oh, that's right, Taylor is a biased git.
  • You know the only yellow card will come out against us, even tho Bown is getting kicked all over the park

Why on earth didn't Areola catch that instead of punch it?

And then Liverpool score. Wicked deflection, everything going Liverpool's way. But Areola really shoulda caught the initial ball, then there's no goal in the second phase.
  • Players don't look bothered. Club should be refunding tickets really.

Really sad a club our level don't want to even compete when it comes to the big teams.
  • All because Areola punched the ball instead of catching it.

Regardless of yellow or not, he has had NO influence on the scoreline....No ref to blame today..simply outclassed, outplayed and we are what we are...POOR...And now Bowen injured....not good, let's hope he can carry on...doesn't look like it.....Oh gawd...

Doesn't detract from the fact that he is a biased git, should never be allowed to ref us.
  • It gets worse, Bowen goes off injured.

IMHO you are way off the mark, but hey, think what you want.....

No, not all fouls are a yellow, trailing leg, all it was....IMO
  • Players don't look bothered.

Genuinely don't know how you reach this conclusion if you are watching the game.

Breaking news - Mavropanos gives ball away.
More news just coming in, Paqueta loses possession.

Our midfield sometimes tracking back ( Kudus ) especially, have looked a bit not interested....This comes from our coach, he cannot gee them up...IMO, We have been SO SO OPEN TO THEIR ATTACK, IT'S RUBBISH, COME ON....

Watch Paqueta Soler Emerson when the ball is played into midfield. I'm literally watching 3 players move 5 metres then just give up running in the hope that the defenders will step up. They are all completely disinterested. I would hazard to guess their running stats are probably similar to Alissons than anyone else's.
  • Irving on for Soler.
  • Kudus heads onto the bar, flagged as offside but he looked on.
  • Salah fires over, shoulda scored.
