I think the authorities need to look at those types of challenges. Kane does it all the time, and it's stupidly dangerous.

I think the FA and PFA should remind players that when they have suspected concussion they do as they are told by the medical team.

Of course it matters. I’m sure if Bednarak had been reminded before the game that what the medics say goes he would agree but when the incident happens and he has no idea what he’s being told he wants to know why he can’t play on.
The right action was taken and when his head clears I’m sure he’ll agree with it.

Not all concussion is immediate, there is delayed concussion and trained medics can recognise this.
