    I am not sure the purchase is budget considered at City, he is entertaining and the fans will love him. It doesn't compromise their needs as it appears they still have 120m for Kane if Spurs are selling.

    In our situation I suspect if we buy Lingard we may be looking only for a loan striker, how the other half live!
