A top manager is able to attract top players, it also helps if you have a board who backs you when trying to sign the aforementioned top players.

I was chatting to a Spurs supporter in the week, I said there's one of their players that I really dislike, and he picked it straight away. Lamela is a disgrace, a nasty, nasty piece of work.

I'm not fond of a few of theirs tbh, especially Alli and Kane, but Lamela is by far the worst imo.
