We're not playing with much urgency. Really frustrating. We don't even look bothered about trying to win.

Be nice to see Anderson try and take people on once in a while, too, rather than always passing.

One thing I like about Pelle is that I’ve never seen a West Ham team so comfortable on the ball all over the pitch. I love it
