    Over the last 4 gameweeks I have averaged only 1.5 transfers a week!!! ;puzzled ;hmm ;wahoo ;weep ;nonono

    (I'll still obviously use my wildcard as soon as it becomes available when poor form/injuries/suspensions ravage my calm demeanor and set my squad into panic mode again)

    I'm trying not to make any transfers, even though 2 of my players are out.

    Hoping to save 1 so I can do a bit of a Rubiks Cube shuffle next week to get Aguero back.

    So, if any of you have him, get that armband on. You can transfer him out next week, in anticipation of when I break him.

    My captain strategy was to check out my cup opponents team and note they'd consistently left the captaincy with Ibrahimovic - So I matched it up and, with a more valuable team from all my transfers (and obviously a classier non Spurs level of player), ;whistle backed the rest of my team to outscore my upstart opponents who will be crushed come the end of gameweek like the last team who dared face me ;angel

    I clicked on the team name and then on GW18 which showed their last team sheet (and whether they'd made any transfers so I could potentially match that too). Then a couple more clicks to check on their previous gameweek teamsheets showed they'd made no transfers and had kept Ibrahimovic as captain over a period of games.

    Well, I have little hope of getting through this round now, but If I do, I shall be ever so grateful for your advice.

    The person I beat in the 1st round was someone who had only made 3 transfers all season, had 3 or 4 players permanently out... wasn't really bovvering with it any more ... and still had more points than me. ;lol ;doh
