Frustrating, normally a clean sheet and a point away from home is a good result but today I feel that the three points were there for the taking and we just did not have the craft to make it happen.
I like Pablo but he seems to need an age on the ball and sometimes tries fancy flicks when a simpler ball may be the better option and as for Wilson….i am not sure I saw him actually touch the ball and did not see him add anything to our performance.
But we were staying above spurs no matter the result, but they have a far better GD which is worth an extra point to them, we should have been going for all 3 points & I am not sure why we shut up shop
At any other time that is a decent away point against a side transformed by one of the best managers around, a manger who has had his best players sold and yet still works with what he has to produce very good results.
Sadly in our predicament it feels anything but a good result. On the positive our defence was very good and we kept a clean sheet but we did have some half chances that if falling to the right player we could have taken, when their defender slipped if Summerville takes it I think he scores but Tatty takes it and it gets away from him.
I do think Nuno got his subs wrong and agree with others that Trarore for Pablo would have been better and asked a different question of their defence, and I would have like Kante to have longer for Tatty. I would also have liked AWB to get half an hour for Walker Peters, not because he did anything wrong, he had a great game, but AWB is more dangerous going forward and I would have liked to try and get the three points.
The result takes away a cushion that we would have had regardless of the Spurs result on Saturday, but Wolves away with huge pressure on them is not done and dusted and we can get a result against Everton if we are positive and go at them I feel. Five matches left and a two point head start is not where I expected to be two months ago so I feel we can still do it.
Funnily enough, I do not think that playing Wolves is going to be that much easier now they are officially relegated, the pressure is off and they can play without fear of consequence.
If Spurs believe that it is three points in the bag, I really suspect that they may be in for a surprise
I can’t quite work out which one is doom and which one is gloom out of Lukerz and Yeold.🤷🏻♂️
I never moan at posters for being optimistic, so don’t think it’s needed for posters who maybe have a different slant on things.
We need to stay up, right? So we need to win games as 33 points won’t do it. I think we are going to struggle to win any of our next three games.
I don’t think it unreasonable to think that Spurs may beat Wolves (who are relegated & lost their last two games 7-0) & we may find it tough to beat European chasing Everton.

Don't think he was moaning, Lukerz. It's his odd sense of humour. BTW I wouldn't have given it a 'like' if I thought the comment was having a go at you.

We are above Everton in the form table over the last 12 games, so I don't feel it's all that impossible we beat them. In fact, if we'd won last night we would have been top 4 over the last 12 and gained as many points as Arsenal.
There's two ways of looking at Spuds' next game. I can see Wolves playing out of their skins to humble the so-called "mighty Spuds" and help take them down with them. As has been said, they can play with the freedom that relegation has given them, and what an opportunity to show their fans what they have on occasion been capable of.

They were as good as, if not better than, us for most of the first half until we scored but went to pieces second half. If they can score first against Spurs it may help.

Based on the first half, I am disappointed with a draw.
Second half, I am happy we got the draw
We are still above Spurs.
At least, we are two points ahead of Spurs. Now to the next game.
COYI.....
Palace were considerably better second half, so I get going a bit more defensive.
The issue was not converting our chances first half.

Spurs, meanwhile, are 20th over the last 12.

OR they may just think what's the point.
