Funny enough in the article the person quoted mentioned ticket "trader"??
I thought as G man mentioned Trader was to sell tickets, exchange was to pass on to Family members or claret members and the upgrade was for kids to an adult?
It's okay, KB is still banging on about banning people for their behaviour, and that nothing excuses fighting, which of course is correct.
However, perhaps she should also be praising the patience of the majority of the 54,000 while the club continue to iron out many issues with the new stadium and the migration?
So moving house always comes with hassles and that is multiplied because it's 56K?
But I thought this was supposed to be the most successful migration ever ;hmm
Now, she's even resorted to laying blame at the players door for the mood in the stadium, blimey she couldn't deflect anymore from her door if she tried.
Don't get me wrong, she's done a decent job at UP in sorting out the business side, but her and some of her colleagues have made a pigs ear of parts of this migration.
Will be interesting to see if she's at the fans forum on the 26th.
It's not so much the deal, although it doesn't help Claret Members, it's where the seats are being offered (obviously acknowledging the T&C's - Can change).
It's the STBL.......
Where along with the BML there wasn't enough tickets to meet the lower ticket demands like for like from the Boleyn.
People were displaced out of the lower behind goal area's, some have tried to stand in other area's and we have friction.........
It's just so, so wrong. These kind of packages with Hotels are normally aimed at tourists, day trippers or even overseas hammers. Who knows whether they like standing or not, but I'd bet there is an ex STBL fan out there who does, and now can't for one reason or another.
Put the tickets/seats in the upper tier, it really is that simple.
No worries Twist, not sure you can bring up this subject enough ;whistle
I never expected them to get everything right, it's almost impossible, but I'm sorry this is basic stuff.
There is a lot being written about the migration on Forums right now and there is a lot of dissatisfaction and anger.
How can you sell a whole block of tickets to a travel company for package deals and displace some of your own fans that probably wanted to transition to that said area.
Also, could you of picked a worse area? Right next to the away fans, is this Brady and her team wanting some kind of "neutral" area?
I've read that she once said at a SAB meeting there would be a "neutral area" at the LS, can anyone confirm this, Suze?
While I think they do want the best for the fans, they're making it very easy for people to suggest they don't.

Could it be that none of them are working?
Another route to getting a ticket but an expensive one though!
But yep you can get nice packages from Thomas cook and the seats are in the STBL???
All the while there are people being told to sit down when someone complains, in areas renown for standing.
And the ballot gets harder and harder, while they still sell memberships
But it's okay the club didn't help cause any of this.........

It's part of the sponsorship deal, it would appear.
