Both clubs are valued around the £800m mark it seems but the big difference is in the stadiums, as they have a beautiful purpose built one that comes with around 400m of debt and we rent an athletics stadium very cheaply. I am not sure which is more appealing to investors?

I think it's the surrounding land to the OS which is maintaining the interest of the investors Amanda Staveley represents.
