    Liverpool actually looked decent - as well as they have for months - until Konate had that moment of stupidity. Leeds didn’t really cause them any issues.

    It was good to see Hearts beat Celtic to go clear at the top of the Scottish Premier. It really is the most predictable league, making the Spanish league with Barca and Madrid look positively open. The last club to win it outside Celtic or Rangers were Aberdeen in 1985.

    It's unlikely they will stay there but at least for a moment the league takes on an interest.

    I know it is unbecoming but I had to chuckle at a couple of comments on the bbc live feed - β€œhardly worth updating the feed, United have the ball and Wolves are running around trying to get it”

    if you spend less than you’ve made on transfers over three seasons in the Premier League then you can’t expect to stay up. Lopetegui quit cos he was promised funds in the summer and then was told there was none
