    8 years as a player and I believe the big reason who went to Wolves was because it was a Prem club near to home. As said, I get your point but Dawnson played for them for a long time (and hes not the sort not to put in 100% every game)

    And stayed for the year after they were relegated.

    From what I've read West Brom fans loved Dawson so seeing him return to the Hawthorns playing for their bitterest rivals was going to upset a few people

    That's only the second time he's been back, the last time was with us in May 2021 although I can't remember if he was booed back then.

    A lot of West Ham fans love Dawson and he wasnt with us for any length of time in comparison. Personally, booing him still feels totally wrong but I'll let it slide comments wise
